I’m not saying it wasn’t helpful, we did learn a lot about UI development for the web but we learned a lot of new things that don’t work well too and a bunch of those things are very React specific these days.
Furthermore compared to more modern takes on the problem and the evolution of the platform itself it’s probably not what you should be stating projects with these days without a good reason (I.e it’s no longer an obvious default choice)
