They trained their model on everyone's data, if you can scrap people, expect people to scrap you ;)
So the search engine lock-in begins. If a search engine uses Bing for search results whilst also using it to scrape for their AI chatbot(s), it is against Bing's ToS and their access to Bing will be revoked.
Either use Bing as a search engine, no scraping on its data for your AI chatbot or lose access to Bing and scrape elsewhere.
as someone who is not so familiar with antitrust laws. wouldnt this be an antitrust issue ?
