Ask HN: Who LLaMA and other models useful if license forbid any commercial use?

Can you explain who lot of developers is so excited to develop stuff with LLaMA and similar models even basically you can't build anything with commercial purpose because of license?

Is it any models available with license allowing commercial usage?
