So he built it with ChatGPT in a couple hours (fixing it and publishing it), and now he asks $19 for it? What stops me from building it myself, knowing that I can just ask ChatGPT for the same stuff?

I don't understand this "gold rush" where you brag that a software was created by AI (and therefore infinitely replicable for free) and then put that software behind a paywall.

Exactly. Anyone can do the exact same thing using ChatGPT and not only do it for free, but also open source it - completely undercutting him to the finish line of $0.

This so-called "gold rush" by the AI bros is just one gigantic grift.
