OpenAI is accidentally declining credit cards

Not sure where to post this — but just like the Community posts, many cards, from virtual bank (Relay, Mercury) to personal ones (Commbank) are getting rejected.

It gets a bit tricky when building a product on top of the GPT-4 API. This also seems like a chilling precursor/reminder that maybe we shouldn't all be building products on top of one provider like this. Reminds me of Twitter pulling API access over and over... though paying OpenAI for API access is their stated business model. I don't know.

Is anyone else running into this?
