Factory-Sealed Original iPhone Sells for $55,000 at Auction

macrumors.com

If you'd invested $599 (original price for 8GB) in Apple Inc (AAPL) on September 20, 2008, today the investment would be worth: 21,706.45

Annual rate of return: 28.08%

Total increase: 3,523.78%

Total profit: 21,107.45

Seems like a better investment, market can't be that deep for $55k iphones.

Somebody just bought this one.

Try doing it ten times, though.

Man I remember seeing the comparison but for an apple ibook g3 (The one with the handle :P)!
