Be reminded though Amazon is chock full of the same scammy products as on AliExpress and Taobao done by the same merchants.

Case in point, SSDs / thumb drives with laughable capacity indications.

yes, this is what distinguishes them

I used AliExpress and Amazon for a good decade now.

Yet, I have had more issues with Amazon.

But for both storefronts, issue resolution has been good.

They are not so different from Amazon, Etsy or wish in terms of scams.
