I did no such thing. AP changed the title after I posted the article. I noticed this almost immediately, but it's not possible for the submitter to edit the title after the fact. I could have reached out to dang to get the title changed but I regarded this as too petty a matter to be worthy of anyone's attention.

Interestingly, the first time AP revised the article there was a note indicating a revision occurred, and a paste of new information near the top with Russia's initial response. It's a rather different article now.
