Yes, the Fund which had had issues using the Bank recommended the Fund's Companies stop using the services of the struggling Bank.

Seems to me like this is how business would be conducted, I'm not sure where I would look deeper to understand how this is nefarious?

I read earlier today that Thiel and many other people actually took action after reading a reputable newsletter called The Diff.
