Twitter failures go from bad to worse; users wonder how long it can stay online

Something about eggs and omelettes comes to mind.

Twitter is likely to stay online longer if it reaches profitability sooner--even if that means some short-term instability.

I wonder if they're using canary deployments. Only one in ten failures I hear about has affected me.

IIRC they did before the musk take over, so it'd make sense if that infrastructure was still operating that way.

Twitter will last longer than CNN.

Why?
