Have you experienced any of these storms due to atmospheric rivers in the past several years? This isn’t just about rain. It’s entirely unpredictable and chaotic. Flooding, wind knocking over trees, destroyed roofs, blocked roads, downed power lines, snow blocking residents from leaving…that’s just to start. "Too much rain" is a gross simplification.
No, I did experience 11 years of drought in California. When it rains, I'm happy. :)
