I couldn't find SVB on this list. Thinking that Forbes may have deleted it, I tried looking at the same page on archive.is[1], and couldn't find it there either.

I don't understand the title of this post claiming it is 20th on the list.

SVB no longer populates in Forbes on-line search ... as far as I can tell
