60% of Germany's 5G network is Huawei, says Chinese embassy

We might call going to Huawei for 5G a terrible mistake, but on the other hand, China was so ahead in the competition that the only realistic option would have been "no 5G for Europe". That combined with Covid-19... there were only bad choices.

Not sure how and why Nokia and Ericsson fucked up so colossally in this area, but they sure did -- and nobody else seemed to have even tried.

Huawei's 5G MetaAAU series is currently the best active antenna processing unit in the market. It has the best performance, energy efficiency and easiest deployment.

There are only 3 big mobile infrastructure providers: Nokia, Ericsson and Huawei.
