I had to do my homework with exercise + therapy, but this drug made dieting a breeze. It felt like cheating.
Not sure if my experience agrees with any science, but when I was fat I would constantly feel hungry. My mood was terrible. Exercising sucked for physical and mental reasons.
Nowadays maintaining a reasonably healthy routine is much easier, I don't feel as hungry (even after stopping with the drug) and exercising is actually enjoyable.
Could you share a little bit about the experience? My experience is also that it is just super difficult to eat less/exercise more when your metabolism is already wrecked. Sounds like that just "went away?"
Maybe these drugs really are "it" if they found that button to push.
Delivered via an injection into the skin, the drug makes people feel fuller and more satisfied, so they eat less.
