Watching the sudden smashing together of nostr and fediverse has been great. Jack Dorsey interacting with fediverse folks is fun.

How does this handle relaying toots from users that don't have a nostr account?

Every Fediverse user gets a nostr account automatically on demand. The bridge owns the keys.
