I only see two problems - take off and landing. How to you keep from having wing strikes with those back wings?
Are the physics behind this sound?
This I am keen to know as well. If it is safe and comfortable and affordable they might have a hit on their hands.
Taking the fuel out of the wings and thinning them makes sense. You couldn't make this fly in 1959; but I'm willing to bet that you can now with computer control. We should all be ashamed for not having thought of it, I suppose.
