Estonian Internet voting has begun

I was worried for a moment about the security implications of using un-auditable black boxes running stacks of binary blobs, from the Intel/AMD management engines, through the firmware and BIOS, all the way up the stack to the closed-source foreign-made operating system.

But I see the Estonian government is on top of things. Democracy works best when voting takes as little thought and effort as ordering a pizza.
