Also tax breaks for people who rent in coworking spaces or credits to rehabbing office space to match post COVID preferences would all be more impactful.

Ya guess who's doing better now? my local coffee shop and my local lunch place, and my health. No one wants to admit that creativity and productivity has thrived perfectly fine remotely. Dragging ppl back just for "the city" to make some money seems ridiculously wrong to me
