I'm not saying that Miami will last for thousands of years from now, but I would bet money that they have a few generations at least.

5 years out it's expected to be 10% higher.

If you know something they don't there's an opportunity for easy money.

What about Arizona?

Probably out of water. Florida and Arizona may have problems that are the exact opposite of the other. Florida, too much water, Arizona too little water.

You’re right it has rained a lot here in the last 2 weeks but I don’t think we’ll be underwater just yet.
