Is this the first public evidence of the rogue Bing/Sidney being tested in the wild? It's a post from an Indian user on the Bing feedback forum from November 23rd last year - coincidentally a week before even ChatGPT had been released.

Its remarkable that Microsoft was apparently testing this for so long, but still announced it to the public.
