So... these products all were made in the same facility with sesame seeds before. But the FDA won't accept the voluntary "made in the same facility" warning as a disclaimer to waive liability; products must contain sesame to be labeled as such. It's a badly written law, and companies are just complying with it to cover themselves. Rewrite the law and you'll find that all these things already contained trace amounts of sesame. Then address that problem if you need to.
