This returned abundant numbers of articles, and included a wikipedia note at the top of the page: "A freight train carrying vinyl chloride, butyl acrylate, ethylhexyl acrylate and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether derailed along the Norfolk Southern Railway in East Palestine, Ohio, United States on February 3, 2023. Wikipedia" as well as the accordion lists of specific talking points, "What was the chemical that spilled in Ohio?" and "What chemicals are burning in Ohio?"

"what chemicals were spilled in the ohio train crash," meanwhile, brings up a page of relevant results on Google for me.
