I love listening to different perspectives and how leaders and engineering managers make decisions based on their experiences and style of working. This is a topic that was particularly interesting since it involves looking at engineering management and leadership through the lens of Buddhist philosophy called Zen and will also focus on software engineering and the field of tech.
