Your expectation of the Canadian Prime Minister is that before he tweets out news to his fellow citizens, he thinks about potential American ignorance and whether he needs to craft his words carefully so as not to give them the wrong impression?
That's a huge part of being a politician: crafting your message so that people get a specific impression. Are we going to pretend that countries who mention other countries by name aren't considering how their citizens will perceive the message? It honestly sounds like so many of you are extremely inexperienced in the subtle ways that people play word-power games, since many of you (but not all) are in denial that anything is being played at all. It's like you've never been around psychopaths.
