Twitter is inflating view counts?

What's also interesting is this quote in the Verge[1][2] from presumably this past Tuesday:

> “This is ridiculous,” he said, according to multiple sources with direct knowledge of the meeting. “I have more than 100 million followers, and I’m only getting tens of thousands of impressions.”

If true, when you compare with what is shown on Musk's tweets for impressions (millions of views for recent tweets - I only checked the first few), something doesn't seem right. Either the quote is incorrect or the display is incorrect.

Make of that what you will.
