Sorry if the title is unintentionally misleading. I no longer consider mobile a second class citizen; for many users today it is their only way of connecting.
But it is Microsoft Outlook, so it's not really misleading, you just assumed incorrectly.
Microsoft themselves have named it Outlook. Not "Outlook on mobile".
