Framework Offering 2TB SSDs for Steam Deck

"This item is not compatible with the Framework Laptop"

Bit weird that they'd be selling it themselves. But I suppose if it helps pay the bills and gives the engineers something to do for a bit

I am quite thrilled with my Framework laptop. Though the speakers are a bit weak and the battery life is very "eh, not great". I've been eyeing off a replacement 12th gen motherboard upgrade as soon as I can figure out what I want to do with the "old" 11th gen one

I upgraded the speakers & hinges on my 11th gen.

It does not turn the speakers into something high-end, but it is significantly better than before and easy to swap.

Can you link where you purchased upgraded speakers? I'd love to replace the ones I have

Not OP, but it's on their Website, called 'Speaker Kit - 80dB' [0] It might be sold out currently.

They don't seem to distinguish it either in price or description. Hopefully it's restocked soon!

Incidentally, these also happen to fit perfectly inside a Microsoft Surface.

WD and Kioxia makes M.2 2230 SSDs for OEMs but they don't sell on retail market. It's interesting to see OEM selling it for other OEM device.
