That's true. I don't think we will find out truth about this any soon, while all the conspiracy theories and speculations flying around.

Given your learning about this, who do you think is most possible author of this explosion?

I think speculation with literally no evidence is pointless at best, and actively harmful at worst, so we should really hold off on making guesses based on effectively nothing.
