It basically advocates for undoing longstanding tradition of off-label prescriptions for medical ailments.

Because that's what this is all about, doctors prescribing low risk medication offlabel to patients, and the government and medical and disinformation units wishing to end the practice and turn doctors into obidient automatons.

To be clear, the concensus on the drug in question is not that it is hurtful, but that it is useless, or its effectiveness so minute as to be in the realm of statistically insignificant.
