Is this an ad for the no-code website builder platform?

Why is the "built with no code" aspect stressed in the post?

> I built a landing page for it using a no-code platform [...] create a professional and functional website without writing any code.

> I was able to easily build a landing page [...] like it was built by a professional [...] power of no-code platforms.

Similarly the post title:

It starts with "no code landing page", doesn't describe the actual startup idea, and mentions the no-code website builder URL at the end.
