I'm stunned that so many more ICs were laid off than managers (unless I'm reading the data wrong, it didn't render well for me on mobile).

It sure seems there are far more managers to begin with so it looks really disproportionate.

The gist is that yes, more ICs were laid off, but there are also more ICs overall.

Do you have similar table/data for Microsoft, Amazon and twitter? This was an amazing statistics to see. Thank you for making it available!

Thank you! I don't have that data, but it's easily requestable thru the CA EDD website (see my linkedin post https://bit.ly/google-warn-data ). The hard part is cleaning and extracting the levels from the titles which varies considerably by company
