In all seriousness, this is super cool. But what are the rules? Same planet only I assume. I guess both your feet and the subject have to be on the ground, or photos of/from the ISS would count. Can you use a tripod? How tall can the tripod be? What does it mean to have a "picture" of something? Clean outline, a darkened patch in the frame? Any light-mediated causal chain between object and subject? What wavelengths are allowed? I assume visible only, but near-IR is visible in very dark light (and scatters less in atmosphere). Can you use flash? If I shine a laser at a distant retroreflector and get anything back, does that count? So MANY potential loopholes...
