Ask HN: Can I build a blockchain and sell crypto with 2 blogs?

After reading the definition of the block chain I realized I could setup one blog to record some event (buy, sell) and another to just replicate it.

Then, I could sell you the option of registering some (buy, sell) transaction on them.

I know it's more "complex" than that but still.

Append-only databases have been around forever.

Blockchain adds a distributed storage and consensus algorithms, along with reward mechanisms when participating in upholding consensus.

More of a blog chain than a block chain.

You're about 3 years too late.
