Sugar and Fat Trick the Brain into Wanting More Food

I recognize after this article its not necessarily about how the body feels, because the mouth rewards are separate. Also, I challenge anyone to try to physically overeat on ribeye. It can be done, but it's pretty painful and masochistic. It's probably the only experience I've had where it's almost painful to eat. The Jaws don't want to chew, the brain screams no as the steak is being cut, the stomach; relatively empty in comparison, feels bursting.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that at least for me, in the presence of lots of fat and absence of sugar, the body's chemicals far supercede the brains.
With sugar/carbs.... Hahah. Not a chance. That's why I'm fat
We should blend each to the same consistency where chewing doesn't really factor in, and see how many calories, volume, or mass of each we can eat before we "can't have another bite".
