Show HN: The “Build Your Own Redis” Book Is Completed

Seems like a fun project. I’m going to purchase the book on Amazon [1] to support you. Congrats on completing it! Maybe when I have some time, I’ll actually read the book and build it for fun.

Purchase on the preferred provider so he doesn’t take such a huge cut!

Very handy as I’ve been writing some socket and tcp code in Rust and C lately.

High level feedback, on my iPhone the letter spacing of your code is squished making it hard to read.

Any plans on doing a book on NGINX? I’ll be buying this book this year, cheers.

Edit: really liking your explanation on the socket code. Good supplement to Beej!

Hi. Thanks for your feedback, I'll tweak the font later.

This is my first book and I'm considering doing another book if everything goes well. You can subscribe to get notified on future books.

can't wait to go through it.
