Russia is the side open to negotiate. Meanwhile Ukraine has decided not only do they want to defend the Donbas, they also want to take Crimea back.

Russia is "losing" and their weapon stockpiles "dwindling" but for some reason Ukraine needs more and more aide to fight them.

I've said it since the beginning, give Russia Donbas and it's over tomorrow. Would have saved a lot of lives.
