I’ve definitely noticed the quality of ingredients and cooking varies between locations

I lived in Denver for 20 years and was kinda stunned the first time I went to a Chipotle in Massachusetts, it was like night and day.

Which was better, Denver or MA?

Yeah I stopped eating there after getting hard rice more than a few times.

I’ve eaten it a few times since, with mixed results.
