Just noticed this as well. DNS resolves just fine, but connection times out. Ping shows 100% package loss.

Downdetector reports are spiking up as well.

As for the suspected connection to the Azure outage... the last hops on my route that I actually do get an answer from, are all from msn.net

Seems to be up and running again.

Quite interested the DDG goes down with DuckDuckGo... I truly hope they are unrelated...

You mean DDG and Azure?

Wow my brain was fried then. Yes I hope the DDG outage is unrelated to the Microsoft/Azure outage.
