Elon fakes solar tiles and self driving videos. At what point is he not doing exactly what Nikola did with their vehicle demo or what Elizabeth Holmes promised?

Elon even took money for FSD which there are now cars reaching EOL (as in milage death due to repairs costing too much) that had this feature paid for and never delivered. Level 2 doesn't count, that isn't what was promised over and over again.
