Did the firm repay the clients that were overbilled? 2k from her pocket probably billed out at 10x that so 20k in client billings.

Where does it say she was 100% billable to clients?

Well it didnt, I just assumed that an accountant working at an accounting firm probably would be working on client accounts. Not much else to do really.
