Yes, climate change is a reality. And yes, areas that were once cold will now be warm.

Beyond that, the article is trying to speculate on some hypothetical outcome that isn’t even worth the energy to digest right now. It presupposes that Canada will run out of farmland, divert to the newly habitable boreal, and then piss off the aboriginals by industrializing on their land.
