Another one for the list.

Veeps join the Googlers, Xooglers, Nooglers, Metamates, Amazonians, Tweeps, Peeps, Rackers, Krakenites and Plaids.

The real challenge is finding a name for Microsoft employees that doesn't sound like a reference to male sexual inadequacy.

I guess Microbros would not be a good fit then.

Oh right, I assumed it was meant as VPs, like the TV series. I didn’t realise that was a cute way of referring to anyone working at the company.

I was wondering why anyone generally would be caring so much what happened to the Vice Presidents of each division, especially when they’re being laid off.

Now that I know what he actually means by Veeps it sounds even more stupid.

What is the origin of the “-eep” suffix used in Veeps, Tweeps, and Peeps? (Though I don’t know where Peeps work.)

I would expect Verily employees to be called something like “Verilians”.

"Peeps" is short for "people". Twitter people -> Twitter peeps -> Tweeps
