Maybe I should know this, but are these guys some kind of 37signals offshoot, or have they just copied the 'hq' thing?

Tells me nothing. Nobody signed their name to this piece of whatever, and I have no idea why I should be paying any attention to it. Who are they, and why are their obviously self-submitted pontifications worth my time?
