Seattle Schools Sue Big Tech over Youth Mental Health Crisis

I don't mean to defend the surveillance complex but what "standing" do these schools have? Schools should take steps to block them if they are a nuisance in school hours otherwise it is the parents' job. Schools do not own the kids despite their desire to control children off campus and out of hours.

"a public nuisance" yeah they sure are but "monetary damages" looks like the reason. They need/want money.
