Ending alfalfa farming would likely help a lot. The water usage is insane for such a small part of Utah’s GDP.

If it’s so little of GDP, it shouldn’t be hard to make a reasonable off to buy out the water rights.

That’s the hope. The struggle is how stubborn people are.
