Ask HN: Code libary design for GPT AI systems?

I have seen other posts where they predict GPT-4 will be able to write code and then rewrite that code to make corrections.

If you were going to make a code library that a GPT-4 like system could use in writing code, what features and aspects would you consider to make it easier for the AI to use?
