I've seen stories about this same thing happening in the UK and Australia.

Is there a full list somewhere of all the countries in which China is currently operating police stations?

Canada as well

There are a couple CNN articles:

https://edition.cnn.com/2022/10/27/europe/netherlands-china-...

https://edition.cnn.com/2022/12/04/world/china-overseas-poli...

The report by "Safeguard Defenders" is here:

https://safeguarddefenders.com/en/patrol-and-persuade

the list is on pages 6-7

Like the Biden Administration going after the Trump Administration they are the representatives of the Xi Jinping Administration going after the Hu Jintao Administration. "police" is possibly a biased media softball for "spy".

What?

I think they messed up their gpt prompt
