Teen Births Have Declined Sharply over Last 3 Decades

Birth rates in general have declined in that same timeframe... no conclusion can be drawn.

Props on the expert level propaganda that went into that article though.

You can't go a few lines without seeing some of the more subtle psychological blindspots being employed, flawed argumentation, or false assumption being made and pushed as truth.

Innocuous but a work of real evil if you are aware enough to see it.
