Understand why i avoid some specific tasks, try to approach them differently and reduce them to the bare minimum if nothing can be done.

I've had reasonable success with applying the pomodoro method. Also try spending time at the begin or end of each day planing tasks for the coming day. I found that the main source of my procrastination comes from not having clearly defined tasks to work on.

Good question! On top of my head, this is what I plan to do

- Timebox some activities (e.g browsing Instagram/Reddit/HN to 10 min a day or so)

- Set a deadline for the activities I have been avoiding to do

- Do some activities not just by myself but also with some friends. e.g reading a book together.
