Pledging of Shares

The 2022 tesla proxy statement asserts that the board has "...confirmed that each of our directors and executive officers who have pledged stock are and have been compliant with this policy since our last confirmation."

This implies active and current monitoring, as does other language that describes this policy. Yet, with a 65%+ decline in share value, it looks impossible for Elon to be in compliance.

There is a lot that can go wrong with a rogue CEO and a lapdog board. But this is material to shareholders.
